Nathan Gamble Projects
I'm a huge Stephen King fan! I love his "Twilight Zone" style endings. My favorite movies based on his stories are "The Shining" and the old TV movie of "Salem's Lot." And I really liked "The Green Mile" and "The Shawshank Redemption" too.
In this movie, I play Billy, the son of Thomas Jane's character. I enjoyed being on set all day with really great actors. Plus there were cool bug/spider monsters and fire and blood and guts - what's not to like? ?
Although there were some slip-ups: In the scene with the monster chasing me in the aisle, Thomas Jane picked me up and ran with me.
One time in a take he dropped me and my head hit the floor really hard, ouch! But the hardest scene for me was my crying scene.
I was so tired after I was done, I just wanted to sleep.
These were great actors and a really fun director, Frank Darabont. We all got really close working together. Frank is the nicest director I have ever worked for. He is just a big kid who is obviously doing what he loves. He was so nice to me and my whole family.
