Nathan Gamble Projects
"Dry Rain" was a short film that took one week to shoot in Montana. It's about a dad who kidnaps his son and takes him to Canada.
There were a lot of forest fires around while we filmed and that was a little scary. Oh, and in one scene I had to eat a hamburger over and over. It's fun for a while, and then you start feeling sick!
But it was fun to shoot. It was the first time I had ever done a movie with basically just two actors - me and the dad (played by James LeGros). It was fun to work on a small project because it felt like doing theatre - everyone really has to pitch in and work together on a small picture.
